Another photo study I started a few weeks ago which I finally got around to and finish. it's altered quite a bit from the original ref to give it more of an emotional/atmospheric impact. I hope you like it!
finally after a couple of months of hard work I've finally finished the intake assignment for, hopefully, my new school as of next September. the assignment consisted of making a 3D bike in Maya, a vehicle line drawing, a landscape drawing with at least one architectural structure in it and a self portrait. I hope you like them all as much as i do
It took me a while but here he finally is! this is a portrait done in the style of those made during the 18th century. the portrait is of my friends cat, japie, and i hope he is pleased with the way i portrayed him!
A spread I made about Venice. It illustrates the feeling i got from the city which was that there was no life left in the city. Venice is a dead city which is only still in existence because of tourism.
An illustration I did after having been to the zoo with school.
i have used charcoal as ink by taking a water filled aquarelle brush and stroke it against a piece of it until the charcoal would stick onto my brush. afterwards i took a fine liner and added detail and defined some of the shapes a bid more.
